They say your childhood friends are your greatest treasures. For Xiao Zhan and Wang Yibo, their childhood friendship is a dumpster fire that's been burning since they take birth. As the only sons of two best friends, their lives have been a relentless competition. From who got the bigger piece of cake at age five to who has the better career at age twenty-three, the rivalry is legendary. • Xiao Zhan, the sophisticated Arts graduate, thinks Yibo is a brainless speed-demon. • Wang Yibo, the cold Business Management genius, thinks Zhan is a fussy, high-maintenance diva. The two haven't agreed on a single thing in twenty four years-until their parents drop the ultimate bomb: To merge the family legacies, they are getting married. One forced wedding, one shared apartment, and two very stubborn only sons later, the "Cold War" moves from the parents' dining room to their own bedroom. Between divided fridge shelves, "accidental" laundry disasters, and the constant struggle to pretend they are a "loving couple" in front of their moms, Yibo and Zhan are about to find out that there is a very thin line between enmity and love. Top- Wang Yibo Bottom- Xiao Zhan

This is me. Every day, trying to be a better man - even when I don't feel like one. A mess of thoughts, failures, wins, and everything in between. This is my journey in real time, raw and unfiltered. I'm not writing for attention. I'm writing for release. I pray that someone finds solace in the words on these pages. This is an ongoing journey with daily entries. It will be long. There will always be something to read. I think of this as a rough draft to a future published book - if I'm lucky enough to make it that far. Because of how I'm writing this, there won't be hundreds of parts. A new part begins each week, and daily entries live within the current week. Simple. Honest. Consistent.

NOTE TO READERS This is the English adaptation of my first Hindi novel ALIBABA, and I sincerely hope you find the story engaging and entertaining. Since this is my first attempt, it is possible that it may not fully meet everyone's expectations. However, I have put my best effort and complete dedication into writing it, so that it fulfills its purpose. For a writer, readers' feedback is extremely valuable. I humbly request that if you have read the book, please share your thoughts and suggestions with me via email. Your feedback will help me improve my writing and present even better work in the future. Thank you for your support & encouragement. Ajeet Singh Email: filmyajeet@gmail.com

"Could we have been something more than just two incomplete hearts, if we weren't crafted in chaos? But, darlin', would we have met if it weren't for the chaos?" Poetry, quotes, and prose. I've always found comfort within words-not for what they were, but for what they weren't. The dimmed space between the long phrases of my favorite book, the hidden words of my most adored songs-that's my home. And when you read a million words that offer a comfort you can't find in the material world, your heart begins to hear beyond them. You can't help it; your soul aches to scream out the words left unsaid. It aches to be expressed, to be seen, to be understood. And that's where I stand. It's hard for me to put my emotions into words, because I always feel like my feelings aren't worth the ink spilled for them. I don't know if it's my self-deprivation of things I never had or simply an inert state of life. But after a few hundred thoughts, one thing is certain: I'm craving something I never had. Something I need. Something I haven't yet discovered. I know-or at least, I hope-I'm not alone in this. And maybe, writing it all out here will help me feel a little less lonely. I appreciate you, and I thank you, for every single word of mine that you read. And if you relate to these broken words, glued together into sentences-then maybe I'm not just an utter blight on the globe.
