When Emma and Killian come back from the past (End of S3) they accidentally bring an urn through the portal. In that Urn is something no one expected, or rather, someone. Inside it is a beautiful 15-year-old girl named Kate... she's been trapped a long time in the urn, and has magic that she doesn't know how to control, and she's the daughter of someone in Storybook, they just doesn't know it....

When the missing year ends and Hook returns, the couple is faced with more than just the Wicked Witch as a threat.

When Lana and Colin re-unite years after 'Once Upon A Time' wrapped, things take an unexpected turn... Was it just an accident, or is there more to their friendship? Has there always been a little bit more? And most importantly: their friends can never find out! Hooked Queen is Canon-- taking place in S6 when Emma and Regina go into Wish Realm. When Emma and Regina head home to Storybrooke from Wish Realm, they aren't alone going through the wardrobe. A brunette, beautiful 16 year old girl follows behind them to Storybrooke, strangely resembling Killian and Regina. The girl was born in Wish Realm to different versions of Killian and Regina. The child followed Regina for a sad reason that occurred in Wish Realm.

Lana Parrilla has a 5 month old son named Sam and Colin O'donogue is the father. What happens when Colin realizes that Sam is his son?

Captain Hook and the Evil Queen had some tension back in the Enchanted Forest. In between his tasks Regina tries to check him out. She wants to see the man he is. What she finds is rather attractive. She knew that falling for a pirate was ridiculous and scandalous. She couldn't help but want to find more about him, she knew that she shouldn't so she didn't. They find each other again in Storybrooke which leads to a search for Henry. Does Hook notice Regina's clear crush on him? Is it more than a crush? Does he like her? The Evil Queen decides to cast her dark curse, to ensure she gets her Happy Ending. All magic, however, comes with a price. A man she had feelings for, and develops stronger feelings for, during the curse, Killian Jones, doesn't remember her one bit. The curse has made him bitter, in this world, bitter and alone, and closed off to forming a relationship. Regina must work to undo her own curse, by finding the Savior, if she wants to have a chance at her real happy ending.

The Dark One decides to do their darkest deed. What if Killian Jones is the dark one and despite training Regina Mills and molding her to be the Evil Queen, he must be the one to still cast the dark curse. But why? And how will it break?
