When a scientist attempted to create a vaccine, they instead created a deadly virus known as the Aiko virus. This virus caused a zombie-like, vampiric disease. Infected individuals appeared human but hunted humans like vampires. They craved human flesh and blood, feeding like ravenous wolves. The virus originated with the "Aiko" plant, initially believed to cure cancer, rabies, and other diseases, but something went wrong during testing. Inhalation of the virus caused violent symptoms: red, purple, blue, orange, and yellow eyes; blue lips; yellowish-pinkish skin; and blue spots. One fateful day, something went wrong during a test conducted by Dr. Issako Neko. A patient descended into madness, turning violently aggressive.

"Who are you?!" she screamed, her voice cracking in fear. The shadowy figure only smiled and stared deeply at Stella, his eyes slowly changing to a deep ocean blue. "Well, I'm Pennywise the Dancing Clown," he said, giving a twisted bow. Stella froze in her place, her entire body trembling . The clown's smile widened as drool slipped from his lips. Will Stella be murdered by this terrifying clown called Pennywise? Or will she survive the nightmare of Diamond Land?

As Eli searches for the truth, he discovers that a student once disappeared in that very room many years ago. The deeper he investigates, the more terrifying the truth becomes. Because the door to Room 217 doesn't just open... It waits for someone to enter. And once you do, the room may never let you leave.

When a burned corpse arrives at a university morgue, Professor Eduardo and his forensic students expect nothing more than another routine autopsy. But something is terribly wrong.
