Aeron is a young witch with a passion for violence. The only problem is that he isn't from a world where violence is moral or even safe. To navigate his increasingly complex relationship with violence, or perhaps indulge in it, he finds his way to the Bloody Hell Hotel, a massive skeleton with enough rooms and fighters to fulfil Aeron's every need. Along the way, he meets a bookish pacifist with magical mushrooms, a stoic young boy with a fishing pole, and a vampire with a hyper-sadism complex. The concierge, a skeleton by the name of Kelly, is also keeping a close eye on him. Aeron has to decide whether he will accept the bloodlust feels daily, or destroy it entirely.

Now with the support of her girlfriend Charlie Morningstar, princess of hell, the two lovers are making their dreams come true by opening The Hazbin Hotel, a place where sinners can be redeemed and get into Heaven, with the goal of stopping the 100th extermination, where the Angels have something planned that could shake Hell forever.

They are both built on the same island- and not any kind of island; This island has tsunamis every 10 minutes! The two hotels fight for popularity, since the one that is less popular will be forced to shut down. The staff are very friendly and helpful,and soon, you make friends with some of them! That's when you learn about the conflict. Will The Lunar Hotel be shut down? Or, will there be a happy end to it all?
