Prologue My name is Excel(A. K. A FIREFOX) ,and I am the writer of the story you are about to read. I started this book a long time ago in my head, but it took a year to finally put it down. So many researches, I read so many stories and watched so many movies just to put together "The Howl." This is the best I can give for now and I want you to know that I am not perfect, I am just coming up. So please don't try to criticize me, instead encourage me. (Old story I wrote which I would like to share) Thorn is a bullied wolf, one day it go to far. Thorn and her best friend Amber are forced to leave their pack and meet a kind hearted coyote named Red who they live with. One day though they are forced to return to the pack when her siblings plans go way to far.

The girl was what you could call an average 16 year old with a hard life, trying to make the most of it. Until one peculiar night out in the dark woods caught her off guard... I want to try and tell a story with ups and downs, and how family sticks together even through the oddest obstacles. She worked her way up from nothing, only to have it ripped out from under her.

Alex is not your normal teenager. She's grown up her whole life knowing she's different and when she finally finds out why it spends her world spinning. Caught between her life as a human and her chance as a wolf, follow Alex as she struggles to understand things in life for what they really are for.
