The struggle is here. The time to act for our rights is now. As the rich continue to busk in a lavish reality, let us fight for a world of equality. Freedom won't be given to us on a silver platter. We must take it from where it is imprisoned and use it to claim our victory. -The Struggle

"Brokeback Mountain" meets "Bull Durham" in this powerful coming-of-age sports romance about self-acceptance, identity, and the courage to live authentically. Brad Hawley has always dreamed of playing professional baseball, and his dream comes true when the New Orleans Breakers draft him in the first round. But Brad carries a secret: he is gay. In the homophobic culture of professional baseball, he hides his sexuality, speaking ambiguously of his lover, Taylor, to maintain the illusion that he's straight. Assigned to the Breakers' farm club, the Bristol Wolves, Brad's on-field skills make him an instant star. Handsome and athletic, he also catches the attention of the young women in town, especially Ashley Cosgrove. Ashley's advances help Brad keep his secret-until she answers his phone and discovers that Taylor isn't a woman. Ashley agrees to keep Brad's secret, but everything changes when Taylor shows up at the ballpark. The sports media descends on Bristol, thrusting Brad into the national spotlight and forcing him to confront the truth about his identity. As he becomes a symbol for LGBTQ+ rights in sports, Brad faces backlash from his teammates, his homophobic manager, and even his once-proud father, who distances himself from his son. When Brad's performance falters and an on-field brawl leads to a suspension, he contemplates quitting the game he loves. His only allies are MLB All-Star Steven Chase, who is finishing a steroid-related suspension, and pitching coach Derek Griffin. Together, they convince the Breakers organization to stand by Brad. During his suspension, Brad finds unexpected support in the LGBTQ+ community, who see him as a role model for self-acceptance and courage. Inspired by their stories, Brad returns to the field with a renewed sense of purpose, embracing his identity and his place as a trailblazer in the world of professional sports.

Aria Simmons was the nice, nerdy and sweet girl until she 'victimised' the most popular boys [Yuko, Luca and Adam] in her school in her Senior Year. Why not, anyway? Senior Year is a time for regrets, love, sacrifice and finding your way. After reluctantly working with the same bad boys in a bakery, she finds herself mixed up in lust, criticism, love, and fun. Will the bad boys be as sweet as the cupcakes they make? Or will they be as bitter as the winter air outside? Going to a late night party was one of the decisions that ruined her life - or did it define it?

In these last couple of decades, women all over the world have suffered with almost the same thing: unequal pay, the need to have permission from a male, and so much more. In this short essay, I talk about the problems women go through every day and the things women have accomplished. I know it's not much but I tried my hardest, and that's what matters the most.

All we want is the rights we aren't given, that aren't received around the world. All we want is to live happily, safely, and comfortably in our own homes. All we want is to be normal. But what we want isn't what we get, and isn't what's going to happen. You see, all we want is to be able to joke around with our friends- not afraid of who might want to hurt us. All we want is to be able to have freedom without fear. All we want isn't what we have. I stared at the ceiling as thoughts flooded my mind. I shook my head and turned over to my side, ready to go to sleep, when I heard voices outside. "This is her house." "She lives here." "Her parents must be ashamed." They spoke in hushed voices outside my open window, as I pulled my covers further over me in seek of comfort. There was a banging at the door, followed by more and more banging. They got louder, not giving up, until they started screaming for us to unlock the damn door. I stayed put, with my head down, as I always did. My fingers trembled on the ends of my shaking arms, as my heart heated rapidly and my hair stood on end. I pulled my brown hair over my shoulder, fiddling with the ends of the long strands. I would never be treated like a human. The door came crashing down and the two boys ran into the house, sporting a hand gun as they opened my bedroom door. "We know you're in here. Come out, come out, where ever you are..." one taunted, and the other piped up. "Hey witch. Get out here so we can shoot you." I watched through the slanted holes in my closet doors, hoping the thick wood with floral cut outs would be enough to spare me. The door flew open. "There she is!" --

"I am a dead man speaking to you." Born in a rural village where a father's name is the only currency of worth, I was bankrupt before I even took my first breath. My mother, vulnerable and silenced, paid the price for a crime she didn't commit, while the man responsible walked free. From a childhood of stigma to seven years of modern-day slavery as a domestic helper in Dhaka, I have survived the unthinkable. Now, I am back-a ghost in my own land. With no NID, no birth certificate, and no "identity" in the eyes of the law, I am fighting to protect my two daughters from the same poison that nearly killed me. This is not just a story of poverty; it is a scream for justice from the shadows of society. If a man has no name, does he truly exist?

"Gray, dark, and dreary was the state of Gefallene-Welt on that fateful day. Of course, it was always that way―the World Council had ordered it to be so during the Transition decades ago―but it seemed as if the climate-controlled world had grown dimmer. No one, past nor present, could ever seem to explain it other than a foreshadowing of that day." or, in which 32557038 discovers her humanity.
