Amaterasu Hikari was born and raised in Tokyo. She didn't have the easiest life but she got by. By the time she started middle school, her Quirk had never manifested. She accepted that it never would. After all, her father was Quirkless. Until one day everything changed. She got two quirks at once. she can repeat any sound she heard using her mouth and can manipulate light. She tried her best to develop her quirk throughout middle school and applied for UA.
