Beaten down by his twin sister, Izumi Midoriya, and her best friend, Katsuki Bakugo, Izuku found no peace, not even at home. His father, Hisashi Midoriya, couldn't care less about his quirkless son and instead favored his gifted daughter. The only person who ever truly loved and cared for him was his mother, Inko. She took Izuku and moved out to start fresh, just the two of them. But tragedy struck when she died unexpectedly when Izuku was just 12. With no one left, Izuku ended his life.
