Going for a mythological theme, almost, with my own spin on it. kinda inspired. This Crossmare story. It's not uncommon for God to play, befriend or even toy with other mortals. But rare it is for a God to ever do more than just that. for some Gods, falling inlove and marrying a mortal was unheard of, very uncommon, a mortal and a God may never bare children or fall inlove as some say it is forbidden. Nightmare finds himself in this predicament, a mortal guard catching his eye, he couldn't help but grow fond of this mortal. Cross never thought he'd ever catch the eye of a God, especially one like Nightmare, scared but stubborn, Cross tried to balance his life.

Killer ends up in a small trouble, I said small? I don't think having a baby of the Nightmare is just a little problem. How will killer solve this? Will he be able to hide it from Nightmare or will he have to make the most painful decision of his life? For Rene Sparks, it all began with some ink and a knife. Two dragons, one black, the other one white, appeared from nowhere to adorn her arms when she was only eleven. Their sudden appearance and permanent stains of "imperfection" sent her teetering mother over a cliff of madness to the point where she tried to cut the abominations off Rene's arms. They were the constants in her life, the dragon tattoos and the scars that traced them. Unable to fit in with the normals of society, years later, she was placed in a boarding school for youths with mental health issues, affectionately called the Asylum by its residents. The Asylum though was no haven for the insane and Rene struggled to cling to what shred of sanity there might be left from a failing system of experimental treatments and corrupted caretakers as the tattoos on her skin continue to grow in number. Rene's life was no fairy tale and she was certainly no princess, but perhaps even an insane girl can become a hero when they have some dragons up their sleeves. Hello! In honor of Underverse 0.8 part 1 coming out and Jakei's year and a half hiatus, I am going to (try to) do this thing I will be calling "Weekly Underverse" where I update weekly with some sort of Underverse related content. It's not going to be anything big. Some weeks it will be a 3,000 word Cross fic, maybe a digital drawing I worked on for 5 hours. Other weeks might be as small as a snippet of a poem that was inspired by an Underverse thing, or a little doodle I did in my notes packet. It may even be recycled content I have posted outside of this project. But whatever it is, I will try to update it weekly until the hiatus is over. Weekly Underverse starts today, November 20, 2024. Updates will (try to) be every Wednesday. Underverse belongs to: Jael Peñaloza Little note: I am nowhere near an Underverse expert, so most things might be fanon, most things might be Cross focused, but maybe I'll do some learning and write with the other characters. The earth have became overcome with ink and the main characters are Daniel, Nyx, Skylar, and Jack, and they have to find a way to fix there homes, they have abilitys and they have to save people and find a way to revert the world to its original state Takes place in Berlin NH and is entirely for fun 😁!
