#EyesLipsFierce celebrates International Women's Day within the woman of the Wattpad community. Multiple women in my life have inspired me to be who I am today and have shaped me as a person to be STRONG, SMART, and FIERCE. However, the woman who has shaped me in more ways than one is the woman who has put me together and has shown me more than anyone else to be STRONG, SMART, and FIERCE. That woman is the power of a single mom who has sacrificed so much and is the fiercest woman to me. That woman is my mother.

This book contains cinquains dedicated to remarkable women throughout the course of history. Originally it was written for Women's History Month 2021 (with one poem for each day), but I have since decided to continue writing these as there are of course far more than 31 life stories to honour. Some names you might recognize, as some of the women included have (rightfully) gotten more recognition in recent years. And maybe you'll learn of a new story or two as well.

When someone says they admire another, they are expressing their great admiration for the other person. Soldiers are praised for their dedication to their motherland, whereas professional athletes are appreciated for their talent and work ethics. Across the globe we see as the pandemic lock down and layoff was hit on the women labour force, many of them seen engaged in the domestic chores. The economic well being of women needs a focus and equality has to be exhibited. Let's celebrate this year international women's day 2022 to gain progress towards gender equality and impact their rights across the globe. Why and how? This significant day is celebrated every year on March 8th, it marks the efforts to raise awareness on women equality. This day was first celebrated during 1911 and it has taken shape and has always been celebrated for the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women across the globe. The day got its significance after the United Nations adopted it in 1977. Later during the year 1996, the United Nations announced the women's day theme as 'Celebrating the past and planning for the future'. The theme for 2022: "Gender equality today for a sustainable tomorrow". It is also made significant that the world free from bias, bringing quality and inclusiveness will be the celebration that lasts forever. This has been conceptualized as "Break the bias" Empower women and make the world better that creates a sustainable future for all women and girls. This is my prose about strong and independent women for e.l.f.'s #eyeslipsfierce write-a-thon challenge.

A real life story of a lonely boy and popular girl. ~This was suppose to be published last year, but I guess I didn't find time. I found it sitting in my drafts and thought to finally publish it. I've revised and went past the original count of 350 words. This is a short story and am not sure if I'll continue it (unless convinced otherwise (^_-) ). Cover art: adobe expert

I am thrilled to be partnered with e.l.f. Cosmetics for their #EyesLipsFierce Write-A-Thon. Based on a true story. I thought my life was full of harshness until I met her. When I first met her, she was a twenty-four-year-old mother of a six-year-old son. We became friends instantly and I got to hear her story. I was shocked and devastated. Who could have guessed that a kind, gentle, lively girl had such a painful past? From that point onward, I realized how blessed I am. I promised that I would never pity myself and I will strive everyday to achieve my goals and dreams. If she can fight even though she has nothing, why can't I when I have everything? P.S. For every story written under the #EyesLipsFierce e.l.f. Cosmetics will be donating a dollar to Girls Inc, a nonprofit that seeks to empower women!

Hello beautiful people! here's my entry for #eyeslipsfierce contest. I wrote this to let everyone know how amazing my mom is so enjoy reading! also, come and join us in this contest and let your story be heard. I also want to extend my gratitude to those who are behind this contest. Thank you for this opportunity. Writing is my passion but I'm slowly losing my interest in it because I always get mentally blocked, the reason why I cannot finish a story. So, thank you so much for this!

SUPERWOMAN - a woman with exceptional strength or ability, especially one who successfully manages a home, brings up children, and has a full-time job. Her identity, her health, her society. Literally everything is against her. Yet she succeeds, no, supersedes everyone. This person is the definition of superwoman. #EyesLipsFierce (Without Cosmetics) As a Muslim girl, I do not promote the idea that makeup empowers woman. To be among the many honorable woman known as "fierce," you do not have to paint that "look" on your face, but take real action, show the world that you are strong, and always fight for your beliefs. Are we here to be in the most popular fashion magazines, or in history books?

Written for the EyesLipsFierce Write-a-thon, a challenge dedicated to all the powerful and amazing women of the world, this is a tribute to one of the best people in my life; someone I'm lucky enough to call my best friend. I love you Abigail.
