Beginning as a New Year's Eve hiking tradition in 2018, this adventure transformed into a mission to conquer all 35 Catskill High Peaks. The unforeseen circumstances of the COVID-19 pandemic provided the opportunity to turn what was initially a yearly tradition into a comprehensive adventure.

Hiking the Vermont peaks over 4,000 feet is a short but must-do list if you're going for the Northeast 115. For me, it's five mountains, one challenge, a new state, new trails, and new places to explore. From the summits, I can look across Lake Champlain and see what I just accomplished in the Adirondacks. It's that feeling of finishing one chapter and jumping right into the next. Every peak reminds me how far I've come, what I've pushed through, and all the adventures still waiting.

As you may know, Into The Wild is a popular book written by Erin Hunter. Some of the older readers have realized that the books need help. The genes are off, the book needs proper editing, and the writing contains many Gary-Stus and Mary-Sues. This remake should correct those mistakes and make the book much better than before.
