God. Such a powerful but imaginary word. What does it mean? I can't tell you how to define it, but I can tell you what it means to me, how I myself, became god and am currently dealing with life. This is the prologue/intro of a book I may never write, but that has tried to flow out of me ever since I got the idea to write this. It's a take on my version of god and religion integrated into fantasy/the supernatural.

The figure took a step back, his cocky voice slithered into Rose's ear, "You want your companion back? Then get what I requested and meet me by the Jade Mountain in ten days, then, we'll see." He let out a soft cackle and vanished in a wisp of black smoke. The world has been thrown into chaos, the dead rising, the gods fighting. Will Rose successfully recruit the people she need to stop the calamity? Or would they fail to save humanity?
