Aizawa Shouta and Midoriya Izuku get hit with a transformation quirk, turning them into cats. This is a rewrite of my other story, Kit Dadzawa!

After his Quirk Diagnosis, Izuku was abandoned at the beach by Hisashi unbeknownst to Inko, who loves Izuku deeply even if his own quirk makes him less human looking. Using his own quirk to enter into the ocean which he aptly named his own quirk, "The Washbuckler" which makes him a Pirate Octopus with Aquatic Elemental Powers. Most of the ocean life welcomed him with open arms as Octopi Species make him feel like family. Over time, Inko divorced Hisashi and became a Lawyer for Quirkless Student rights and a useful Quirk Analyst for UA's Quirk Counciling thanks to Izuku's journals inspiring her to help others in need for understanding their own quirks better. While this is happening, People had documented sightings for a Octopus Pirate named the Washbuckler who had been protecting sea life from poachers and harvesters. Inko finds it a coincidence, but even the smartest people like Nezu, Aizawa, and Tsukauchi beg to differ.

Izuku Midoriya has spent his whole life watching others shine while he, born without a "strong" quirk, is left in their shadow. His "friend," the one who always seemed to get the praise and attention, had the power he could only dream of. But the years of being ignored, ridiculed, and pushed aside have built an anger inside him, one he's struggled to suppress. Izuku Midoriya has spent years watching his so-called friend take center stage, basking in praise and admiration, all for the simple reason that he was born with a strong quirk. Izuku, on the other hand, has always been told he wasn't cut out for greatness. Without a fighting quirk, he was considered weak, useless-just a failure in a world that demands strength. But the frustration, the pain, the feeling of being invisible, it's all built up inside him, day after day, until it becomes something darker, something more dangerous. One day, as he walks down an alley, that rage explodes. His classmates, those he once called friends, attack him-mocking him for being weak, for not having a quirk that could make him special. They laugh at him, taunt him, but this time it's different. This time, something inside Izuku wanted to snaps but for his mother he'd hold on. "Why did she do this? Why did she leave me?" Notes: yes the justice league is in this story but none have quirks (besides thoses whose powers are called meta powers then they consider them quirks) and everything that's main story canon was canon BUT no one who didn't need to know, knows. why? thanks to magic. Batman is still a vigilante until the justice league was made.

Midoriya Izuku had always been fascinated by rules. He thought they were regal and fair, worthy of dictating how the world worked. So when Izuku got the power to divide his movements into a set of 24 frames, his happiness knew no bounds. Izuku Midoriya is a quirkless boy who one they decided to go to another school's festival in the neighboring City, though while there he had bumped into girl name Himiko Toga, by meeting her, Izuku will soon discover a dark truth about her.
