He is always drunk and keeps insulting his daughter. Yumeko had nothing to do with her mothers death but her father still blames her. The ravenhaired girl didn't tell her friends anything about this, because she didn't want to bother them, she keeps the abuse to herself and tries to deal with it. I love Ryota and I'm gonna do him some justice because he's hated a lot. What if Ryota is secretly the Gambling King, what if he hides his Gambling skills because of an accident from his past. one day he's gambling for Yumeko and Mary's sake and something his opponent said made him finally SNAP.
