Aurora Patterson was happy. She had a caring twin brother. She had a loving family. She had the greatest friends in the world. And, she had the sickest piano skills ever. She always loved playing the piano, whether it was classical music or melody, or rocking out. The piano bench was her throne. The best thing was when she got to rock out with her friends, who she also happened to be in a band with. There was her twin, Luke, the best friend, Alex, the dad-like friend, Bobby, and... the longtime rush, Reggie. But her twin was one to be overprotective so, she never could act on it. Her life was perfect... until it wasn't. Things started to change and it eventually lead to her death. She left everyone she loved and she hated it. But somehow, through the thick and thin, fate couldn't keep the twins apart as they are reunited when a living girl plays their band's demo and accidently summons them. Who knows? Maybe, in the afterlife, should could finally get a chance at love with the bassist of her dreams?

When three ghosts with musical pasts decide to show up when she and Julie play a CD of theirs, life gets a bit more complicated with new friendships, crushes, and more music than has ever been present before.
