Just a tale of an old explorer pig and a little otter. Then Life happens.

For many years I had writers block. Haiku and senryu weren't style I had never tried before, but learning to write in this manner helped inspire me with my free verse poetry.

Rex longs to see and learn all the different types of magic in the world and become the strong wizard while at the same time dreams of mastering his sword techniques using the Soul Blade style. Accompanied by his companion, a demon girl called Wendy, both join the Soul Blade squad under Captain April of Angellia's Magic knights. On their way to the rendezvous point an incident occurs where he and Wendy meet a young girl called Sophia. Their first mission is to take Sophia home, but the mission doesn't turn out be as easy as they thought. As Rex witnesses the horrifying abuse of magic, he is forced to make a choice that will test his strength, conviction and the path he's chosen.

Nature and my feelings

Arguably over 99% of people's happiness is based on what they have achieved ,their career ,jobs ,family ,possessions and so on.But what if all these were to be snatched away Would they still be happy? would they still dance and sing around after being told you're fired? would they still be able to be graceful after becoming broke? would they still feel less bitter for not being noticed or given due respect or acknowledgement for their hard work? This book talks about happiness that is beyond all limitations ,happiness that looks past your situation ,happiness that survives in any circumstances not minding the difficulty of life's situation one finds oneself in.Happiness that knows no bounds or impediments ,happiness that is unconditional for it is free for all to have ,because everyone deserves to be happy. It is a happiness that is profound ,which sadly has eluded many who are yet to have it.

Don't call them Wanderers! That would be illegal and get them strung up by the Guarantors. No, no, they just like to travel. It's not their fault that so many people need so much help. Imp has lived quite a life and has only barely left her teen years behind her. She hides a revolver under her gray-blue longcoat, itself containing deep pockets full of magic and mechanism. She is no mage but she does like a good advantage or two. Ogre is a monster in a land he used to know so well. He drives the carriage, sitting atop the vehicle in a somber cloak with a deep hood. Tongues of blue flame rise from the dark holes on his otherwise featureless face. Old scars mingle with patching and discolorations on his alabaster skin, thick as a statue yet almost warm to the touch. They travel through the Middlings, the Land of Crossroads; a loose alliance of independent polities wedged between larger nations, the sea and other wild places. Monarchies and oligarchies share borders with communes and republics. Millions of people live, love and laugh in their own ways. The Accords, and the Guarantors thereof, have the Middlings together for hundreds of years. The ties that bind are unraveling. The final Age of Wanderers has dawned. This is the first book in a series. The story is "complete" but I'm still fine-tuning the manuscript. Comments are always welcome.
