When Jade had first met Josie, she was a wayward flame. Now, as the conflagration dies down to embers, the only remnants of the person Josie used to be lies in the ashes at her feet. or Josie's transformation through Jade's eyes.

The book revolves around Lizzie and Hope, who were once in a deeply loving relationship but broke up due to Hope's fear of losing Lizzie in a supernatural event called "the merge." !Hope is 19, and the twins and Penelope are 17. The book is far from canon.

Alaric, Lizzie, and hope have to go hunt a monster, but Josie is sick so Alaric asks Jade to watch over Josie.

Hope Mikaelson the one and only Tribrid Her dads enemies were some how given a location to where Hope is and if that wasn't enough people were hunting the supernatural. Romance and action are combined into one story. Will love win in the end? This story contains a lot of Posie and Hafael in the beginning with little moments between Lizzie and Mg. I Wonder which ship will prevail? Haya? Maybe Hosie, or Henelope? Maybe even Hizzie. Guess you'll have to finish the story in order to find out.

This story is continued after the Saltzman family got out of the prison world, what will happen when Hope realizes that she is into Josie? will she end up with her first ever crush who is a ripper or will she go for her wolf best friend?

Jade believed she was broken beyond repair. How could someone love her with the past that she's had? Every day she was back at the Salvatore Boarding School, the further she fell into her own despair. She distanced herself from the world and anyone she could potentially harm. She lived in constant fear that with one wrong move she would snap and lose it all over again. She didn't believe in herself. But Josie Saltzman did. There was something about her pain the Josie couldn't quite shake. Josie wasn't one to give up and she wasn't about to start now.
