After what...happened in the Ironsplitter Mines, the circle of friends had to take a break. Move on, clear their minds away from the event. Then two months later, they were back again. Two of them were missing, but they stood strong. Then, Y/n (Y/n means "your name", but you can change it to MC if you'd like) had an idea. They planned to go and move to Duskwood.

Jake Donfort is a love interest of MC in the mobile game, Duskwood. These are oneshots for the people who are like me and are obsessed with him. My name is Margot Christin, they call me MC. I'm 25 years old and I'm a writer. Three months ago I received a text message from an unknown number, that's how I became part of a group in Duskwood, a place I never knew existed, searching evidence for a lost girl named Hannah Danfort. And I think I'm in love with someone I've never met, whose face I've never seen, whose voice I've never heard. I only know he is a hacker in run , wanted by the government. His name is Jake. (Nym-0s ) "What does the name stands for?" "A lot. For two souls that are coincidentally but eternally connected." ......................... This is a fanfiction about the 'Duskwood' game by Everbyte. The story begins after the end of the last episode when Hannah was found and the connection with Jake was lost. If you have never played the game there will be spoilers , so you'll know what the game is about. If you have played the game , then you know about the hacker guy, Jake. I don't own the characters except from MC and how the story goes on after the last episode. PS: I do not own the pictures.

Post episode 10, and picks up immediately after the end of the game. This is going to be a slow burn featuring Jake x f!MC. It is going to be as faithful as I can make it to the events of the game, which also means taking as realistic an approach as possible to the psychological ramifications of what happened to each of the characters. So this won't be a fluff piece, but neither will it wallow in its own misery. It just won't make light of, or be cavalier to, the tremendous trauma that the characters have endured throughout the game. I have tried quite hard to ensure that there is as little immersion loss as possible with my version of the f!MC, so it is my hope that you will be able to have her be whomever she is in your head (to a degree). The MC's name will never be said as I personally find that even using the titular MC or y/n is still jarring, and I will try to keep descriptions of her to as generic a feel as possible without inadvertently causing said immersion loss as it makes you wonder what Jake ever saw in such a basic bitch. The descriptions of Jake have been lifted from what little information we are given in game about him, with a little artistic liberty to describe how I see him in my mind's eye. Because I love my boy Jake and there is no way that I can write a story about him without describing the fuck out of him. Submitted for your approval. I hope that you enjoy.
