He's been nicknamed the 'safe kid' of Mewni High, due to his extremely cautious nature. However, he just claims that he's just a 'misunderstood bad boy'. He and Jackie Lynn Thomas have been best friends since kindergarten, yet unbeknownst to her, he's had a crush on her ever since he first met her. When he finds her making out with Tom Lucitor, he finds himself ripped of a best friend, as well as his heart. When the two star-crossed lovers bump into each other, depressed over the same situation, they concoct a plan. Little did they know, that their idea did not go as they had planned.

(I can't picture either of their canon mothers as homophobic, and the only reason I made Jean's mom homophobic was to add to the story.)
