What if it wasn't just Sage who was picked up by Conner at Mrs. Turbeldy's orphanage? Maybe he had a mischievous (but slightly calmer) twin sister who was his partner in crime. What if Roden and Tobias also had twin sisters, and all were competing for the thrones of Prince Jaron and his twin Princess Marianna? Rose is Sage's younger twin by five minutes, which he will never let her forget. Though she helps him with his trickery and thievery, she isn't as incorrigible and is at least somewhat civilized but not all that much. When they are discovered by a regent who wants to use them to take the throne of Carthya himself, the twins must learn to remember themselves while being trained to be someone else.

Earth has met its end, and the humans are forced to flee to an unknown planet that can sustain human life. The planet was originally believed to be uninhabited, but the humans hadn't looked under the surface. Underground, lives an alien race who are able to blend into their surroundings - Ursans. Alejandra and her friends, on a camping trip running into their kind and friendship stems, but if there's one thing humans fear, it's diversity and change. How will the Humans and the Ursans learn to co-exist in peace. A story filled with romance and mystery.

In the year following our wedding, Imogen and I found ourselves at odds, our love tested by the weight of crowns and choices. Her brilliance shone in decisions like reorganizing Drylliad's grain stores or planning a festival to lift spirits, but others-like a risky trade deal or reducing border patrols-faltered, leaving me to mend the fallout. In this alternate version of *Captive Kingdom*, the royal family's destiny shifts when Regent Conner and Captain Gregor conspire to wipe them out using the lethal Dervanis oil. Darius, the crown prince, is saved by his former nursemaid Trea, who administers a rare antidote and a sleeping draught before fleeing with him on a boat. Their escape is thwarted when Conner's men pursue them, leading to their capture by the Prozarians in Belland. For two years, Darius negotiates with Captain Strick, unaware that his family's death has been staged by Conner, who uses an orphan lookalike to maintain the ruse. Meanwhile, one and a half years after Jaron claims the throne, a Prozarian attack brings him to Belland, where he finds Darius alive. Initial tensions arise as Darius feigns loyalty to the Prozarians to protect Belland's people, straining his bond with Jaron. Through reconciliation and unity, the brothers liberate Belland, and Darius rises as its king.
