As a follower of Jesus, and a lover of characters in fandoms like Mha or Marvel. I used to read a lot fanfics but not the ones glorying God. And I if I did, read something clean or fluffy it wasn't really edifying my spirit--it was more so edifying my flesh. I wasn't really getting anything out of it aside from a good read whereas Christian stories, or faith based stories have a deeper core message for the one who wants to grow their faith. Nothing wrong with clean non-faith based stories but stories that have Jesus in it have a deeper meaning, and helps me keep my eyes on Him † if you know what I mean? Anyway, hear me out! These are poems I wrote reflecting on Jesus being put on trial and Him being silent, mixed with a personal experience of heartbreak.

Si Liyah, isang dedicated youth leader sa church, ay kilala sa pagiging masigasig sa pagbahagi ng salita ng Diyos. Pangarap niyang maging missionary at dalhin ang liwanag ni Jesus sa mga taong hindi pa Siya kilala. Pero isang araw, dumating si Eion - isang basagulero mula Maynila na pinadala ng kanyang ina sa probinsya, sa bahay mismo ni Liyah, para patinuin. Hindi nila inakalang ang simpleng misyon ni Liyah na "ilapit siya sa Diyos" ang magiging daan para pareho nilang maranasan kung gaano kalalim ang pag-ibig ng Panginoon. Isang pag-ibig na hindi lang nagbabago ng buhay, kundi pati ng puso.

She seemed to have the perfect 'it' girl life from an outsider point of view. Eleora Brown-19 years of age-grew up in a Christian household with a loving and caring family. "Yuh serious Adrian!" I yelled, "A mi sista that bwoy" He kept smoking his cigarette like he didn't hear me which made me even more angry, mi start fi hear a voice say slap him in a him face. With no hesitation I listened to that voice and slapped him hard, he looked at me, his eyes locked in with mine, no anger, no rage, just softness unlike how him look pan other people, he turned his head back to the window. A disappointed sigh left my lips, I raised my hands again but he stopped me and stood up, staring down at me. "Look Bri," he threw his cigarette through the window, "mi nah try hurt yuh sista but she wrong, and she have fi understand that" he dropped my hand, before grabbing his bag pushing pass me. \\ Brooklyn lives with her three sisters in Kingston Jamaica, her parents have been in America for the last four years only coming back on holidays, when they do come back they only spend two days with them. She and her sisters are hurt by the absence of their parents but try not to show. Adrian, an only child going through the same situation, his parents went to America when he was just four, he never saw them unless it's through a phone screen.
