In which Severus Snape has lost both his parents, and things take a turn in his life, he creates unlikely allies, friends, communities and lovers. ^_^^_^^_^ Severus laughed, what a ridiculous life he has! He lives with McGonagall, is friends or whatever he is with the Marauders, and is being haunted by a weird entity for Merlin knows what reason. "Go back to your dorm Black, lest Remus and Potter find out about your visit. Thank you for your concern, I'm fine." He said. Severus looked up to find Black staring at him weirdly, he cocked his head to the side and asked, "What is it? Is there something on my face?" Black shook his head, "You have a pretty laugh," he said. Severus felt heat rush up to his neck and ears as soon as he heard that sentence --pretty! The audacity! His laugh is not pretty at all! Ugh! Nevermind, Severus could never get used to the behavioural changes of the Marauders, ever.

It was almost too quiet, like it was barren and forgotten, left to rot after the massacre that happened. The beloved Potter Family of Godrics hollow brutally attacked. And only Severus Snape stood at the threshold to look at the aftermath. After the attack on the Potter household, james and harry are the only ones left. While grieving over his wife, James is offered a safe place by none other than his former arch nemesis who feels indebted to Lily's family.

At the age of 16, the given witch or wizard will go through a creature inheritance (if that person has creature blood in their family line). Severus Snape goes through an early (and very painful) creature inheritance, and has trouble finding his mate, or rather, coming to terms with who his mate is. James Potter is having the same trouble with his inheritance.

From the Author A/N: This is a bonus chapter scene thingy, I don't know what to call it. Alternate story? Whatever, that doesn't matter.
