She meets a stranger named Harrison, and finds everything is a little different than she thought. Okay, so this is based on my favorite book of all time, The Savage Damsel and the Dwarf by Gerald Morris. That book is WAY better than this book, so if you like this at all, you will LOVE the actual book which is perfection. I hope you enjoy it. The characters all belong to JK Rowling except the ones you have never heard of before. The basic story- line belongs to Gerald Morris, so if you find it brilliant, it is his work. The idea of bringing the characters and plot together is the only thing that is truly MINE (also some of the wording, although some scenes are basically straight out of the SDD).

Remus Lupin was happy to have nothing to do with the Wizarding world. From his mother's many stories, he learnt humans who wielded magic and shot spells from a wand were cruel. They'd torture, capture and kill all for greed. They'd skin a werewolf but claim it to be the monster while they sold it's limbs on the streets. Yes, Remus Lupin was happy to stay FAR away from that. Too bad fate had other plans. ___ I should clarify that this is my AU so some characters may not act how they do in the majorly agreed canon.
