Jinyoung moves to a new place, as he turns on a new leaf in his life. There he meets Mark, who after a series of late night encounters, isn't a stranger anymore.

His mother left years ago, was murdered, with the body never to be found. He's been looking for the missing answers to her sudden death ever since, but that's just the issue. Jinyoung, unknown to him, holds in his possession an item very valuable to many supernatural beings, and he has a follower pining after it. Mark is anything but normal. If Jinyoung was the Pacific Ocean, Mark's the American River. Something only a few people knew about, but it's there. Born a hybrid, Mark has a past of dealing with crazed vampires, and friends disappearing left and right.
