This story follows a series of mysterious deaths near the fictional Indonesian forest of Hutan Shamrat, where a young adventure-loving forest officer uncovers a mystery freeing an innocent girl from the clutches of an evil Jinn. All characters, places and events are entirely fictional and bear no link to real people or incidents. The story is a mix of adventure, thrill, romance and a bit of Jinn world experience.

Instead, using their poison, the Djinn causes hallucinations so powerful that the immobilized victim thinks he or she is actually living in the reality the Djinn implanted. I continued my futile attempt to free myself. I could dislodge him, I could hurt him, I could escape but then I would have to go full-blown; To that mindless vengeful creature. "Stop it, it's having the opposite effect of what you are intending", He groaned. For a moment I stilled as I realised what he meant, his body was flushed against mine. There was not an inch of space between us.
