Truthfully she was far from 'all right,' but she would never admit to it. A few hours ago her consultant, Patrick Jane, not only killed the serial killer Red John, but also made love to her in the department issue vehicle. Now he sat in a holding cell.

Who is braver? Jane or Lisbon? Most people would say Lisbon, and rightfully so. But what about in emotional things, like telling the other one how they feel? Then they're both cowards. This is my take on how Jisbon finally gets its act together. Literally...

She was fragile and hurt, she ran away from the terrors in her own house and what she called home. Set at the CBI, will they be able to unfold the mystery behind this with the help of Patrick Jane and Teresa Lisbon's serious crime unit? Will Red John kill Lisbon too? How will the team cooperate without their boss? Could he better run away so Red John won't hurt his only friends? The hideous serial killer is controlling his life. Kidnapping his friends.. Manipulating and even killing his family.. Will Jane eventually find happiness and love? And how on earth can the team manage to find the serial killer who they've been after for ten years, in one week? There are parts of JISBON, friendship, family, Jane in pain and angst in this story. I don't own the Mentalist, just my fingers I use to type with and my brains i'm trying to think with. Have fun reading, and don't forget to comment and to vote!
