"𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬?" He rasps, voice low and sensual as he stares down at me. I look up at him, unable to keep the fear off my face. "Maybe?" I squeak. He sighs. "Guess I'm going to have to fuck them out of you, yeah?" Shivering, I take two steps back, creating space that he easily eats up. "That won't be necessary." He hums, considering my words before drawling, "Too bad, did you forget what I said earlier? I. Don't. Fucking. Care." Stepping in between my legs, he tilts my chin up, forcing me to look at him. "So many bad thoughts," he mutters. "Once I start with you, I won't stop until I finish, and you better pray to God and hope that I don't break you." "Too late for that, I'm already broken," I reply. He growls, hand flying to my throat. My back digs into the wall. "Lets start with that thought." .·:*¨༺ ༻¨*:·. 𝐈𝐌𝐌𝐘 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐎𝐗 promised herself she wouldn't fall for him. Her thirteen-year-old self had refused to accept it, convinced she could never like him-let alone love him. After two years of hating him, fifteen-year-old Immy has bigger problems than a stupid golden-boy, or so she tells herself. 𝐊𝐇𝐀𝐋𝐈𝐋 𝐕𝐀𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐂𝐎 never wanted to hate her. One touch, and he was addicted-she became his inevitable downfall. Better to make her hate him now, before it was too late. How could he control himself when he never had any control to begin with? The moment he saw her, it was gone-vanished, irretrievable-and he never got it back. "𝐉𝐢𝐮 𝐣𝐢𝐭𝐬𝐮 𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥-𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐢𝐭." 𝐓𝐖: 𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 + 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐭 𝐬𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝟏𝟒+)

Skilled, determined, and frustratingly elusive, he challenges her in ways she never expected: physically, mentally, and... emotionally. As they push each other to their limits, sparks fly both on and off the mats. But competition isn't the only test. Rivalries, past secrets, and the pressures of their own ambitions threaten to throw them off balance. Can they stay focused on the fight-and on each other-without losing themselves in the process? They've trained for life, but not for love. Anya Morozova and Theodore Romanov have known strength since they were three-wrestling and jiu-jitsu shaping not only their bodies but their hearts. Yet no amount of training could prepare them for the vulnerability of falling for someone who sees every part of you-the confident, the guarded, and the fragile. In a world where every touch can feel like a match and every glance can unravel carefully held defenses, they must learn that the greatest victories aren't on the mat... but in letting someone in. "Grappling Hearts" is a slow-burn romance about trust, resilience, and the quiet courage it takes to open your heart-even when it feels like you might get pinned.

Hey y'all! This was my old book that I found and decided on revamping. What is Judo? Judo was originally created in 1882 by Jigoro Kano as a physical, mental, and moral pedagogy in Japan. It is generally categorized as a modern martial art, which later evolved into a combat and Olympic sport. To me, it's life and death, I grew up in it, and it saved my soul.

I've been thinking about how learning isn't just something that happens in a classroom-it's everywhere. From sparring on the Jiu Jitsu mat to diving into otaku communities like the Reki-jo, the best learning happens when curiosity, passion, and community come together. This reflection explores how these participatory spaces show us what the future of education could really look like.

This aims to be an original story based on Percy Jackson, I tried to focus on the things that I didn't like about the Percy Jackson series and aimed to make a story for myself that addresses that. The main difference is with society and their relationship with the Gods. I never liked Greek Gods, so I made up a fictional religion that is what the book is based on. Instead of focusing on mythological stories and heroes, I focused on community, animism, immanence and the connection the land. I tried to make my character be a lot more self-sufficient than Percy who always needs help from Gods, but at the same time my character has a strong sense of culture and community. Oh, and his name is Jack... https://thoughtsofjuan.me/tlb
