Childbirth is supposed to be the happiest experience of a woman’s life, isn't it? Not for Lady Mae Treelore. Wanting her children to unite, Mae tasks Jiva with finding her missing sister, with nothing more than a vague description of the town Jiva’s sister might be residing in. With nothing more than a puzzle box with a strange script across the lid, Jiva goes out into the world to find her sister. Having only her sliver mare, her sister’s puzzle box, starting-to-mold-bread that she may or may not have nicked from cook, will Jiva ever find her sister and if she does.....what will she be like? Romance, swash-buckling and a sisterly bond that will never be broken, this is the story of Jiva and the search for the Lost Child.
