Camryn is sunshine incarnate: bright-eyed, too kind, stubbornly hopeful, and despite everything, still believes in second chances. What she didn't plan on? Her new next-door neighbor just happens to be the gruff, quiet, unflinchingly calm ED attending who runs her shift with surgical precision... and dry quips that cut sharper than a scalpel. Dr. Jack Abbot doesn't do distractions. Not from interns. Not from administration. And definitely not from the impossibly cheerful nurse who crash-landed into his backyard and, somehow, into his life. Guarded, fiercely competent, and more at ease in chaos than comfort, Jack prefers solitude-until Camryn. With her pastel mugs, man-hating cat, and maddening habit of calling him out with a smile, she worms her way into every corner of his neatly boxed-off world. She's not what he expected. Victor Voltaire and Elias Carter, two college students in 2024. Victor, a seemingly stoic man with jet black hair and silvery blue eyes and Elias, a sort of enigmatic man with soft black hair and platinum purple eyes. Two friends since 8th grade, now in the same college lecture. Where they read of the great tale of "Sherlock Holms" The story which is believed to be fake. No historical records of these so called real figures were kept. Nothing of them, not a speck. Many, no, almost everyone believed it to be fake. Yet, lo and behold, our protagonists, mysteriously winding up in the past, the year of 1879. Gets to find out that these so called fictional characters are very much real. Through the eyes of modern day men. Being able to see for themselves, the story of Sherlock Holms. Victor, who ends up as a "high class" noble, and Elias, who finds himself working with a certain government employee. Will these two, separated by a strange phenomenon meet again? And how come the story differs so dramatically from history. ⚠️Disclaimer⚠️ Victor will be the main focus. I do not understand these complex ass characters well enough to fully portray them properly. (Aka they will be ooc). My brain power is also limited so the story may have many plot holes and wack story telling. There of course will be profanity and the like. As well as death and murder. Natalie Milton takes on a job in a computer warehouse, it is a warehouse for people who have a disabilities do jobs back there. Natalie having her own disability works in the back, and sometimes in the front store depends where her bosses want her. She meets two guys in there both of them are her trainers. Clayton a German guy who she keeps forgetting his name and Juan the tech guy. It was against company policy to date any of the trainers or bosses.

In this world nothing matters but power. Society has a strict hierarchy, the strong hold all the power and influence. Beating anyone weaker than them with little to no fear of consequences, because there is none, if you're strong you can do whatever you want. if you are weak then you better keep your head down and don't piss off someone stronger than you, because society sure as hell won't care what happens to you. In the world, the strong are expected to be perfect, to command respect and authority with their mere presence, to be leaders and role models and beat anyone who doesn't show them that, cause who are the weak to talk back and disrespect the strong? They need to learn their place. But what happens when one of the strong isn't like that? He isn't perfect, yes his power commands respect but they don't respect him for who he is, they respect him out of fear what he will do if they don't show it. He isn't a perfect role model, he isn't the top of the class, he isn't formal, he doesn't rise up and lead like he's expected too. And he's completely fine with that. He doesn't live to meet their expectations.

What if there were two other pairs that took part in the original story? Two pairs that would walk alongside Kate and Emilico down the dark, dangerous path of revealing the secrets of the Shadows house. Secrets that reside in both the realm of Shadow masters and Living dolls. (I don't own Shadows house. So-ma-to is the owner. all I own is my original characters that I wrote into Shadows house )
