She then finds out that she was in a coma due to a car accident. Which could only mean one thing, there was no Augustus, no cancer. No hospital visits, only a normal life. Heartbroken that there was no love life, hazel runs into someone on the street. Tall, mahogany hair beautiful smile, it only means one thing, Augustus. Hazel is then urged to believe that she was meant to be with him. When she starts to approach Augustus she starts to know how much she missed him.

Now that I finished it, I realize that this is more of a "behind the scenes" type thing kind of. Like a sequel and you learn why the book was written and stuff. So yeah.
