A SECOND CHANCE, KIND OF- ENEMIES TO LOVERS ROMANCE. - kind of micro trope : miscommunication that drives them apart, rain kiss - highschool, young adult romance (may be smut scenes) - short story 𝐈𝐍 𝐖𝐇𝐈𝐂𝐇, katerina vinnie and i have known each other since we were kids; we're family friends. our moms are best friends, but we're not. in fact, we're the opposite of best friends. vinnie and i have a complicated relationship. sometimes we dislike each other, sometimes we tolerate each other, sometimes we hate each other, and other times.. we might like each other more than we're supposed to. i would say more than friends, but we would have to be friends to begin with. i've liked vinnie since sophomore year, but he's given me reason after reason to stop liking him. i should listen to those reasons, but i never do.. until, one day vinnie finally makes it clear that he's not meant for me and i should stop trying. he didn't actually say that, but the way he acted told me everything i need to know. now, when i don't like him anymore, he likes me.. do i let him in and give him a chance? read to find out!
