This script includes some recurring characters, such as Jesse Aarons, Mary Aarons, May Belle Aarons, Joyce Ann Aarons and Julia Edmunds. I highly recommend rewatching the 2007 film before reading this script, as well as googling how the cast looks today, since they have aged roughly the same amount of years as their characters in my story. This story is a continuation of the beloved book/movie Bridge to Terabithia. {Spoilers for Bridge to Terabithia from here on out} This book takes starts a week before the one year anniversary of Leslie Burke's death. I am going to use IHateSnakes logic here and say that the date of her death is April 5, 2007, making this book start on March 30th, 2008 (Fairly relevant date to me as well). Do not worry, this will all be explained in the book (along with subtle IHateSnakes and ElleFred references). Changes: Time period changes from one week to one year after Leslie's death, gives me more room to work with and is probably more accurate to the book.
