His mind is broken and only heavy sedatives and a newly developed stand suppressant stand between him and the violence his mental state pushes him into. The SPWF have a plan to bring him back. That plan includes the only person who can now reach Jotaro. Their plan....Noriaki Kakyoin.

At 28 years old, Noriaki Kakyoin often finds himself reflecting on the choices that shaped his life. The choices that that lead him to this point in his life. It wasn't that he was unhappy with his life, quite the opposite, in fact. He just liked to reflect.

Jotaro gets to visit Kakyoin in the hospital, but would he ever wake up after several days?

This is an AU where DIO doesn't exist. Avdol and Polnareff are just friends of Joseph. Kakyoin meets Jotaro because they go to the same school. Kakyoin starts becoming awfully hot, clingy, and tired one day. Jotaro cant figure out why..until the day. This is based off the Jotakak ff "Heat" which many of you have probably read, if not, go read it!! Instead of Jotaro being in heat, its Kakyoin. After the defeat of DIO, Noriaki Kakyoin was officially known as dead by Joseph Joestar which caused Jotaro Kujo to feel something broken off from his heart, his memories of them were hidden in his thoughts. His thoughts about Noriaki Kakyoin were fading slowly. Though, they were never able to find Kakyoin's body when searching for it. The answers to this were never answered and were still in question for another two years after the events. But on that one day, things changed as Jotaro sees him again, his love for him returned when he saw that man in the hospital, with hardly the strength to walk. Then that's when it all happened.
