What if Luke had a younger sister who could see him as well? She never knew her brother Luke but she always heard stories about him from her parents. Katie has known Julie since she was little. This story begins at the very end of season 1 of Julie and the Phantoms. We know Julie likes Luke, Nick likes Julie, they can now touch, Caleb is on the loose, and so many questions are still unanswered. Well...why don't we try to answer them ;)

It has been almost six years since Julie and the Phantoms was released, and we may never get a season 2, so here is what I would have loved that to look like! (I will try to write my own songs for this, so if chapters are taking a long time to be released, that is probably why.)
