The last thing Fabian remembered of his family before they disappeared from Encanto was his mother shaking him awake, his sister's screams all throughout the house, and his father taking her to the donkey pulled wagon. That night his mother told him that they must leave Encanto, but he must stay there. Then they disappeared. Leaving Fabian alone for ten years. He still had his friend Mirabel though and her magical family to help him when he needed them the most. He wasn't completely alone at least. But when during Mirabel's cousin Antonio's gift ceremony it seems like the magical Casita is cracking, it's up to Fabian and Mirabel to figure out what's going on. Why is Casita falling apart? Could it maybe have something to do with Fabian's missing family? They will have to work together to find all these answers.

After 6 months of the casita's collape and the mountains were cracked open, every person in the Madrigal Family were having the best life they ever hadm, and everybody was happier than ever. Luisa worked less, Pepa controled better the weather, Abuela left behind the pefectionism, and so on. However, what would happen if a stranger from outside the mountains came to Encanto claiming to be a Madrigal?
