It's the last straw and I've completely blown it. No amount of apologies can make my dad change his mind. He's overreacted, but there's nothing I can do about it. Moving hours away from home is horrible. I don't know anyone and I certainly don't want to make new friends here, in eight long months time I would be home again, back where my old friends are. It's obvious I'm not welcome here, so the sooner I can go home, the better.

I guess boys are good and nice and charming and perfect and everything. But like, I don't know.

Ever since I was 12 I've wondered why things just wouldn't, couldn't, go as I planned. Nothing ever went the way I hoped. I'm Sienna Billows, aged 18. My life is pretty messed up. I used to be the fairytale princess, the princes begging me for my hand. But that was when I was eleven. This is now. The secret I hide, deep beneath the surface, is slowly driving me mad. And I can tell they notice the change in me. Nobody takes any notice of me, ever, I might as well be invisible. If they knew my secret - I wouldn't be invisible. I'd be hated.

I whispered, our lips almost touching. Orion drew in a breath, looking me straight in the eyes. "It does. And so does this. So move before I shoot you." I curled my lip at him in amusement.
