Elena was walking home when she found a baby. It has been a year since the Mikaelson's had left. A little baby girl. She has a letter attached to her. Elena kept the baby and moved to Mississippi not to close to them but not to far either. She didn't want to walk in without them knowing she was there. She called the Mikaelson's on a constant basis but never did they answer until the one day that one of them did.

Its been a long time since the two gangs were within one place. But when the Scooby Gang got kicked out of Mystic Falls, they got nowhere to go except in New Orleans. As they stayed there, they've got to find a witch to help them get back inside the town and help each other on realizing what they truly desire. ♡

A millennia has passed since the creation of the Original family though one detail of their history is often left untold. Near the end of their human lives, the vampire Klaus met a young witch. When the originals show up in Mystic Falls, there's more than one reason they wish to end the curse.

Set in VD S6, but also Originals 5x13 and beyond. After Kat dies of old age, instead of body jumping into Elena, she ends up in the 1994 prison world. She has to go through hell with Kai, because she refuses to work with him to get out of there. She's stuck there until Elijah dies with Klaus in Originals S5 finale. When Elijah ends up in the prison world after dying, having wanted to find peace with Hayley, he comes upon Kai who has injured her. What will he do to Kai? Can he save her? Has she had enough time to find a way out? If so, where will they end up? If they end up in New Orleans, what will their next step be? Rebuild New Orleans and win back the compound from Marcel, or leave the city and live their lives wherever they well please together? What will ensue?

After Caroline found out that Hayley was planning something against Klaus, she decided to go to New Orleans to help him, along with the other two originals and Katherine Pierce, who had no other place to shelter. If you've read my Vampire Diaries: Rewritten fanfic, this is kinda like that, but it's Originals instead. Human Kat is pregnant with Klaus' child, instead of Hayley being involved in Originals show.
