With the passing of their mother brought heartache and pain. On the night of her death, a new world had opened up. One that had been sealed off for centuries. Now, The Four have to stop the deadly creatures that are ready to step out of the realms and into their world. In order to do that, they have to get past their own demons first. Will they be able to save the world and themselves? Or, will they be left for dust at the feet of those that want them dead? Read on to find out.

Your writing is never worthless, keep going. Everyone who puts their heart into their words has a surprisingly similar experience. You look back on work lost to the endless sweeping sands of time (in this case, five minutes ago) and absolutely hate every. Damn. Syllable. It really sucks. Sometimes you'll feel like you should listen to the monster in the back of your head telling you to burn your laptop (No? Just me?). In times like that, it's just super important to remember that success is never a straight line. Those words are a part of your story (in both senses) and you identifying that room for improvement is seeing a window to a future full of flourishing. As cringe as it sounds, your mind (and the world) is a beautiful mess. It's our job as writers to show this. Keep writing and don't worry, It makes sense that your literature would be too.

"The Ghostwriter" is a powerful, emotional short story about a young writer (myself) who faces harsh criticism and judgment for using AI tools to help shape her work. Misunderstood and labeled by people who don't know her truth, she is told her stories are "weird," "fake," or "too much." Some even twist the meaning of her romance novels - calling them things they're not. But through it all, she holds onto her voice, her truth, and her passion. This story is about more than writing - it's about healing. It's about turning pain into art, surviving judgment, and learning to stop apologizing for how you express your truth. For anyone who's ever been told they aren't good enough, or who's had to defend their passion - this story is for you.
