This is a modern au focused mainly on Zukka. There is no bending in this au. i do not write smut, so there will be none of that in this story.

It's been years since Korra died. Due to recent events, Asami has reason to believe that Korra is in fact alive. The only problem is only one person will believe her.

The priest started his speech and then he said, "You sir. Do you take this beloved woman as your wedded wife?" He asked the man. "I do" He answered with a smile. "You madam. Do you take this...." The priest looked at the man with eyes that explained thirst. Oh god. I tried not to burst out in laughter. "This man as your wedded husband?" Alex snorted, "Nahh, I'm too gay for this shit." (Lately only my fellow gay friends have understood this without me explaining.)

When stuck between choosing to tell the truth that could possibly end a friendship or risk the same friend over a petty fight both Korra and Asami must make a choice that could change their lives forever.

It's kinda like Harry Potter but (then again it isn't) in avatar style. Hufflepuf is Air Slytherin is Earth Ravenclaw is water Gryffindor is fire It is about avatar Korra I really hope it will turn out like I hope it does. Korra has been working directly with Asami for years now. They're partners, birds of a feather, two peas in a pod, whatever you'd want to call them. Being 23 and 24 respectfully, Korra and Asami have moved out of that giant mansion that had managed to be one of the most suffocating places of Asami's life, and now they learn what it's like to be city leaders. With Korra being one of Asami's only needed protection, and Asami leading the way for industrial strides that can help the working class get out of poverty, it's only a matter of time before something huge comes to light.
