We all have monsters in us, just some can controll it better than others. In the state of Maine and a small town along the border of Canada, something evil lurks in the dark woods of the Northern Pack lead by Alpha James and his son Emerson James. Emerson takes care of a strange little cat shifter Kriss whom he had kidnapped from the clutches of the abusive cat clan just south of them. Emerson trails through the odd behavior of the pale, dark haired girl that he has grown to adore as he goes on a journey of what it truely means to be brave and selfless through the means of the weird cat child with glowing silver eyes meanwhile he tries to hunt down the monster in the woods.

Maxon survives! But there is still the choice of.....America or Kriss? Who will be the lucky lady to be called his....."dear"? will he make the right choice? or ruin everyone's life on the report? During the Choosing, Maxon chooses Kriss. Maxon is happy. America is not. After 20 years, Kriss dies, and so dies America's new husband. Maxon is holding a new Selection for his daughter, Angel. The more America stays in the palace, the more she gets closer to Maxon. As America prepares to leave the palace, before the Selection has begun, will they rekindle their relationship, or has it already faded into nothing?

The real reason why Maxon hates Kriss from the selection

Maxon and America never heard the crash in the hallway that night. The rebels never attacked. There was never Queen America. Maxon never let America explain herself. So then, there was Princess Kriss. But Maxon isn't truly happy. He needs America. America moves forward to be a famous singer. But both Maxon and America know. Their lives will never be complete without each other.

4 girls left in the Selection. 3 girls will have to go. 2 boys that want America. 1 will marry Maxon and become the Queen of Ilea. This is America's last chance to fight for the life and people she wants. However, all roads to a happy life are really bumpy. Her competition isn't going give in so easily. It's all or nothing, and America's not about to settle for nothing.

When a girl with two personalities arrives at a combat school, they are immediately called out for who they are, with some fellow outcasts they decide to conquer this year's combat festival, however things take a turn when a mysterious girl arrives from another time..... (This story has been cancelled due to a complete shift and rewrite, this will still be available until the rewrite is completed)
