In a world where the terrorist group, Kira, has the ability to kill people without being there, it's up to L, the world's greatest detective, and the NPA to get to the bottom of it all. But when Chief Yagami's son, Light, joins the task force it changes everything. Light knows information on Kira that would lead to their downfall but if he tells anyone his sister will be killed. Light must steer the investigation in the right direction without revealing himself and L must piece together the puzzle before it's too late. At this rate, it's looking like Light might not make it out of this alive. Extremely self-indulgent, unrealistic, and fast paced. Not for everyone.
