This book holds some poems I wrote about the things I've been through and how I view the world. I'm sure most teens like me can relate to some of the poems and songs I have written. At the age of 16, everyone in my town gets analysed by our leaders. A process many people become nervous for, maybe even scared for. But, I can't feel that. How am i supposed to feel something when I don't even have an idea of what to expect? I barely even know the people in my group. At least i think i don't. I don't even know what i think anymore. No one really knows what they do for us, but they know that whatever would happen if sent to them, would not be good. They are the sort of people that others cross the road when seen, or tell their kids to look away from. And finally, the callidus, they know everything. Their life is dedicated to "improving knowledge" and "rejuvenating" society. All of this is decided by a simple drink. A drink causing hallucinations which give an idea of what to pick for your future. Many people say that its "your right" to pick which group you want but we all know thats not what they want...

Things I could never say out loud....🤭🤭 My feelings have been thrown around...stopped on the ground. Unsure on who to trust, but i tell myself it's a must. My heart heavy, chest filled with desire. I will perspire to be the best i can become...but i always end up making dumb decision... Boom. There goes my heart as it drops on the ground No tears come as it shatters everywhere.. Like always I look around for the pieces, I dig in my drawer for the half full super glue. Putting all the pieces on the table, I put my heart back together like a puzzle. FRAGILE...but it will still work...My heart mends...only for it to happen again. There goes my hard work. The same process over and over...My mind of stone and my heart of glass...How long before it breaks again...How long then will it take for my heart to mend? *Basically it's just poems in a story form of what's going on in my life. Please read, Its really good.*

In life, we are constantly losing people. One day somebody wakes up and they just don't feel the same way. When we lose somebody, we tend to lose a piece of ourselves, but sometimes that piece is bigger than you expected it to be. Sometimes, someone you didn't even realize you loved gets away from you, and it's very tragic and painful, and that empty space they left will never gets completely filled. Letting go of someone you love is not easy. Losing someone who you never thought would leave can change you forever. Maybe because a part of us knows that things will never be the same again. So to the one who got away from me, this for you.
