Mystery was Harumi's first gang name before the Quiet One. After she renewed a nindroid she gave him the name Mr. E. The ninja get confused they think Mystery and Mr. E are the same person but they thought wrong. It's actually Mystery and the Quiet One that are the same person.

And yes if you were asking..D.I.B Illness has a cure..but only ONE known cure is known to Humanity! And that is..
