Travis was once a kid Jack, from his childhood he was told that there could not be any peace whilst humans still existed, he was also told its survival of the fittest. He was a kid. Maniac, the crazed military man, was abused and has not known a life that wasn't filled with pain and suffering, once he was a kid. LB, the guardian of Landenrich, he protects him as Landen was his own brother, and he always had.
