What would it be like if the Wings of Fire characters were people? Instead of struggling with prophecies, powers, and dragons, they struggle with crushes, parents, and gym class. Instead of having to solve magic problems, they have to solve for X. This story takes place in the eyes of the next generation of dragons, some of which you might recognise. Glorybringer's dragonet, Firefly. Cleril's dragonet, Copper. Moonbli's dragonet, Starchurner. Just to name a few.

Prince Bubble of the SeaWings, a SeaWing RainWing hybrid, son of Kinkajou and Prince Turtle, is being sent to school. His best friend Spray is also coming with him to Jade Mountain Academy. There he makes new friends with the dragonets of his parents' best friends from their school days. When danger comes to the school, how will the dragonets be able to save their new school and their new friends? Will they be able to save the school like their parents, or fail where they succeeded? First, Moonbli, then Lynxter, at the same time Winter arrived. A cold Prophecy might not make Winter survive, and the teachers in Jade mountain is soon getting worried. Moon was also given the job to protect him, even though he explained he was fine and needed to go to Lynx. Then, his trouble really came, by facing down a battle between Lynx and himself in the hunger games, and Moon couldn't be with him. She wasn't in the fight! Soon, the danger for winter really came, on his birthday, and Moon didn't know what to do. However, she found him in a cage, but badly hurt. Winterwatcher then came along. How will Moon save Winter... And herself?
