Grace is a pretty, kind girl of the age of twenty. She lives with her friend, Danielle, and service dog, Rex. Grace is human, but unknowingly lives within the Shooting Star Pack. Grace is also unable to walk, therefore, she uses a wheelchair to get around. Grace has always wanted to have someone in her life that would love her with all his heart, besides her dog. She knows Rex loves her, and she loves him. But she wants a man whose love for her would be as constant as the stars above. Sometimes, she feels like she isn't worth love. Like no one in their right mind would ever love her because she can't walk. Danielle always tells her it isn't true, but she doesn't seem to listen. Only one man can change her thinking. Hudson is a kind, handsome man of the age of twenty-two. He is one of the warriors for the Shooting Star Pack. He comes from a long line of warriors. His father, grandfather, great grandfather, and so on were all warriors of this great pack. Hudson is a good warrior. But something is missing in his life. Lately he feels incomplete. He feels a piece of himself is missing. He doesn't know what, though. Hudson hasn't really thought about his mate. He used to, but after he became a warrior, he was too focused on training and defending the pack to think about her. Hudson always puts being a warrior first before everything else. Before himself, his friends, everything. His friend, Mark sees this and tries to reason with him, but he doesn't listen. Will Grace find the love she yearns for? Will Hudson ever feel satisfied and complete? Will he get his priorities straight? Will Grace finally see she is worth being loved, wheelchair or not? 8th grade year, finally. Moving to a new school, and being here since kindergarten. It's kinda strange how the world goes 'round. Caysun Harvey. Athletic, plays for West Point Warriors JV Football Team, number 27. He's 13 years old, and a new student at West Point. Being a football player, he makes more friends than enemies right on the bat, and finds a girl. Cassidy Patton. She's a beauty all on her own, but with a stressful life and insecurities too much for herself, she is always clouded with doubt. Her friends love her, and she's smart, with a detective's eye. Always into mystery or detective shows. Unsurprisingly. Amber Waldrep. Only thing she can really do is run Cross Country, but even then she isn't good at that. A 'gift' for art, born into an intelligent, Christian family. The odd ball of the bunch. Paranoia, extreme insecurities, and short-term memory. These three kids are a tornado of trouble. Underneath each layer of an extroverted, aggressive, and loud, brilliant shell, are insecure children. Cassidy, who goes by CJ, is Caysun's newest girlfriend. Amber third-wheels against her own will, but enjoying whatever crazy event goes down. But CJ's old crush worms his way back into her life, and someone else falls in love with that same old crush. This causes an unexpected string of events, and loads of angst. Lots. Maybe some emo, too.

I had become a leftover. I am nothing more than a plate of food he forgets about, And soon he will dispose of me. He comes to me when he is hungry for love, I feed him hoping he'll stay, But he leaves. Because that's all I am to him, Just a leftover.
