John Laurens hated pirates, absolutely despised them. They steal, they kill, they smell, and much more. But what really pushes John over the edge is the kidnapping of his sister. John goes out to find her. He lands on an island where John finds a locket that shows him who he needs/wants and where to find them. Not long after another gang of pirates come to steal their boat. Captain Alexander Hamilton needs to find the locket of Amour, he just had to if he ever wants to find his wife again. He and his crew finally find the island only to see the locket was taken, in rage Alexander sets out to find the locket and kill anyone in his way. After a storm; Alexander and John are stranded in a new unknown island. A pirate and a pirate hater. One willing to die for the locket, the other willing to kill. what's the breaking point in most marriages? is it lack of communication? the loss of that spark that everyone desires so deeply to share with another person? or maybe, they just fell out of love. whatever it is, alexander is on a quest to find it. after a previous marriage failure, alexander isn't going to let this one go so easily. however, john has always had a hard time communicating his problems. on the other hand, alexander doesn't know how to stop talking about his. they know the statistic, 42% of marriages end in divorce. despite their differences, and doubts in their abilities to put them aside, sooner or later they realize, that that statistic never really mattered anyway. ⚠️ tw: homophobia

Alexander Hamilton's life functioned like a hurricane. A huge, messy storm, with somewhat of a break now and then, only to run rampant again. This was particularly true in his relationships. Be it friends, family, lovers... It would start good, great even. The calm before the storm. Then he'd do or say something stupid, or something else would happen, and everything would go to shit. And the minute something seemed resolved or peaceful again, hell would hit for the second time. It was, at the very least, exhausting. He had never been the hesitant type. He was a go-getter. He was ambitious. He fought for what he wanted and what he believed in. But now, he was finding his confidence diminishing. Not necessarily in his work, but in his relationships. He couldn't hope to meet someone new, keep a friend. The only thing he could rely on was his writing. It was the only thing he could keep consistent, keep control of, keep faith in. So of course, why not drown himself in essays and ignore the social aspects of life? It was his junior year of college. He had switched to having entirely online classes, aside from being in the debate club. Meanwhile, his roommate, Aaron Burr, continued to take his classes in person, resulting in Hamilton often having a LOT of time to himself. Burr worried for him, but wasn't sure what he could do to help. That was, until he stumbled upon John Laurens, Maquis de Lafayette, and Hercules Mulligan at the local bar. Or, more accurately, was scouted out by the noisy group. Typically, he would steer clear of these types of people, but they reminded him of someone he used to know. The Alexander that once was social, didn't know how to shut up, and loved making new friends. So, he had an idea. Maybe, just maybe, he could force the hermit out of its shell and introduce just the people to bring his annoying smiles and non-stop mouth back.

Alexis is a pretty shy gamer but when she gets put in a squad with three guys everything changes. John has a toxic relationship with his girlfriend but when he and his friends decides to play squads with a random player everything changes. The green mask on his face somehow was the least ridiculous thing about the man's appearance. He also wore a big, white, fluffy bathrobe covered in small black spots over red satin pajamas. Alexander and John were best friends since the beginning of middle school. When Alex is gone John blames himself for not realizing earlier. But was it really all it seemed? ~~ John attends a therapist session to talk about Alex. That's where he realized it wasn't at all what everyone thought happened. He was going to find justice for Alex. One way or another.

John Laurens is being sent to a camp, where he meets someone new, who said his name was Alex. This is a Lams fan-fic and it is told in perspective of John writing in his journal.
