Kailani Saoirse Kealoha was raised on one simple rule:
Follow your dreams.
The Hawaiian daughter of a Muggle father and an Irish witch, Kailani refuses to choose between the two things she loves most. By nineteen, the former Gryffindor has graduated Hogwarts, earned all eight Kanto Gym Badges, become an established Pokémon Trainer, and claimed a place as Ireland's professional Seeker.
She has also somehow married Indigo Champion Lance.
Two years after losing both of her parents, Kailani finally reaches the Quidditch World Cup-and with Lance, Lorelei, Bruno, and Agatha cheering from the Ministry box, she catches the Snitch and fulfills one of the dreams her parents never lived to see.
Then, because apparently winning a World Cup isn't enough excitement for one day, she challenges the Elite Four.
Three victories later, Kailani faces her husband.
With only one exhausted Pokémon left on each side, she realizes she has already proved everything she wanted to prove. She doesn't need another title.
Especially one involving Lance's terrifying amount of paperwork.
So Kailani concedes, congratulates her husband, reminds him that he can keep his Champion job, casually mentions one very important thing she may have forgotten earlier-
and walks away.
Lance remains perfectly calm.
Externally.
Internally?
The Dragon Master is having an absolute crisis.
Between Pokémon battles, professional Quidditch, grief, found family, newlywed chaos, ridiculous innuendos, and one marriage held together by love, teasing, and Lance desperately attempting to maintain his dignity, Kailani is discovering that following your dreams doesn't mean choosing only one.
Sometimes it means building a life wild enough to hold all of them.
