What do you do when the world is quiet but your mind won't shut up? 3:04 A.M. is a haunting, intimate collection of fragmented thoughts, whispered confessions, and emotional snapshots scribbled in the dark. Equal parts journal, poetry, and stream-of-consciousness therapy, this book captures the sleepless moments where memories hit hardest, regrets echo loudest, and truths are too raw to say aloud. With the vulnerable honesty of a midnight voicemail and the strange comfort of a stranger's open diary, these unsent messages explore love, loss, nostalgia, and the beautiful chaos of being awake when everyone else is dreaming. This is not a book you read - it's one you feel. This is especially made for anyone who has ever stared at the ceiling and thought, "I shouldn't be feeling this much right now."

Not every wound bleeds. Some of them wake up with you every morning. Blooming Through the Ache is a collection of poems for those who learned how to survive before they ever learned how to live. These verses sit in the heaviness of ordinary days-the exhaustion that lingers after sleep, the dreams postponed by responsibility, the quiet ache of feeling detached from your own life. This book is not about healing overnight. It is about waking up anyway. About carrying pain without being consumed by it. About growing in places where light rarely reaches. Written for anyone who feels worn down, unseen, or stuck in a life that doesn't quite feel like theirs, these poems offer companionship rather than answers. A reminder that even in the deepest ache, something within you is still breathing, still resisting, still becoming. This is for the tired hearts. The silent fighters. The ones who blooms, even when it hurt.

Chapter One: Glimmer of Hope (purple wounds) In her song Sweet Nothing, Taylor Swift said: "On the way home, I wrote a poem You say, 'What a mind', this happens all the time." This quote defines exactly what you'll find in this collection. Several poems that I wrote at different stages in my life (whether walking in a park or sitting on my bed, when everything felt wrong and grey or when in my chest it felt like the sun had come out), some are happy and some are sad, some will make you feel beautiful while others ugly. There's no real link between each poem, so you may read them in whatever order you want. Now, I let you enter into the garden of my mind...are you ready?

Some feelings stay quiet, not because they don't matter, but because saying them feels heavier than carrying them alone.
