Latviangirl Stories

This is a short story about a girl questioning her heritage and where she belongs. It is based off real events but has been adapted. ~ This short story is dedicated to my Latvian grandparents, Vecmāmiņa and Nonno. Thank you for everything you have taught me and everything will continue to teach me. ~ Author's Notes: I am using some Latvian words and providing the phonetic pronunciation in square brackets. Names have been changed or I have received permission to use original names. ~ Originally written for a school project.
